Linda Small is a United States Navy veteran.  She retired as a Master Chief Petty Officer (E-9) in 2006 after more than 27 years of total service, 22 of them on active duty. She was a weather forecaster. A highlight of her career was serving on the aircraft carrier USS NIMITZ.

Linda holds a bachelor's degree in history from the University of Pennsylvania and volunteers with the Paul Smith Southern York County Library.
